HDL amphora is a “heart” wine, made like the ancestral vinification method, handpicked grapes crushed gently by feet with the sound of the “Cante Alentejano”, after will quietly ferment (indigenous yeast) in the typical clay Amphoras in contact with the “mother”, in St. Martin's (S. Martinho) day the Amphora is opened and in the wine transferred to used oak barrels in a celebration for all the team.
This is a wine made with heart, that shows all the authentic terroir and the passion for our work.
