Prices, shipping and delivery information
There are different regulations for private, gastronomy and specialized trade customers. The classification into the respective customer group is done exclusively by Herdade dos Lagos and can be checked on request. New orders in the online shop are generally classified as private customer orders. Orders from gastronomy and specialized retail customers require a separate log-in, which can be activated upon request. Details can be communicated under info@herdade-dos-lagos.com.
Delivery private customers:
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of € 6.90 per order for private customers for delivery within Germany and Portugal (except islands). From an order value of 100€, the delivery is free shipping. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
In the remaining European countries, a shipping scale applies by weight, which is calculated automatically. The delivery price is visible before the order is placed and must be confirmed by the customer at the conclusion of the order.
Shipping restaurant customers:
If you are catering or catering companies or are planning larger events, you can apply for a log-in as a gastronomy customer and receive reduced prices. Please get in contact with us.
Shipping specialist dealers:
As a specialist dealer you receive special conditions. Please contact us to get a log-in.
Payment Methods
PayPal
You pay immediately and securely via the external payment service PayPal and get your goods delivered promptly.
Payment in advance
You transfer the invoice amount to our account and the goods will be sent to you immediately after receipt of payment.
Invoice
You will receive an invoice from us after the order. Please transfer the total amount within 14 days to the account specified there. This payment method can be chosen after the second order in our online shop.
