HDL Azeite Virgem (0,5l) - Native Organic Olive-Oil
From the Organic olive grove of Herdade dos Lagos, inserted in a sustainable and biodiverse agriculture system, where water saving and soil conservation are considered, high quality olives are obtained. Harvest is carried out by lots according to olive oil profile using electric vibrators. The transport of the olive is carried out in tow and received at the lagar on the same day of harvest being immediately processed.
After the olives have been cold-pressed they are turned into the highest quality olive oil, the extra virgin olive oil.

In the nose very balanced, ripe, dry hay, in the mouth soft and smooth, complex, some spiciness.

Preservation:
